Recipe

I used:

– Red capsicum (bell pepper)

– Yellow capsicum (bell pepper)

– Cucumber

– Carrot

Method

1. I cut a heart from the cheek of a red capsicum.

2. Then a “U” from a yellow capsicum.

Love u Mum - 2 u (1 of 1)

3. Before making two “M”s from a piece of cucumber and a “U” from carrot.

4. A bit of decorating with the leftovers and it’s done.
