Mandarins are so plentiful at this time of the year and make the perfect snack.
I’ve combined with some grapes and apple to make a simple, fun food plate.
– Red apple (pear/melon)
1. Peel a mandarin carefully.
2. Add a green grape stem and leaves (I cut some to shape) and a centre for the flower from a black grape.
3. Cut a pot from apple.
4. Give the pot some detail.
5. Growing, going, gone ….
