Skewers are a fun food, simple way to increase the veggie count!
These are versatile as you can use any brightly coloured veggies. I have grilled mine then added to the skewer.
Any veg you like. I used:
– Red & yellow capsicum (bell pepper)
– Swiss mushrooms
– Red cabbage
– Kohl rabi
1. Cook the veg.
2. Place all the veg on a skewer.
3. Pack the lunchbox.
