Making an egg ghost for breakfast or lunch is so simple I got the boys to do their own. Much to their delight ….
– Fried Egg
– Mushroom (or olives/cut out spinach/raisins)
1. Fry the egg. As you put it into the pan tip it slightly so the white runs down to form the body and at the same time gently push the yolk to the top with a spatula. Right the pan and continue to hold the yolk until it stays at the top.
2. Cut some eyes and a mouth.
3. The egg ghost is ready to eat!!
