Fruit Skewers are one of my favourite things to take to parties in high summer. All those luscious, brightly coloured fruits make for an irresistible plate. Make into rainbows (with associated colours) and serve with some yoghurt or coconut cream and they’re sure to be a winner.
Here is our fun food, Fruit Skewers.
Any seasonal fruits that will not spoil too quickly (or dip in lemon juice to preserve)
I have made two versions:
– Green grapes
– Honeydew melon
1. Chop fruits and put onto skewer.
2. Add skewers.
3. Serve with a dip.
4. Make into a rainbow if you’d like.
